Hello....just joining up......need to lose minimum of 20 pounds maybe more....I'm 53 year female, mother of 3 grown children, 3 about 58 hours a week between 2 jobs.........some over use of arm/shoulder has me being treated for rib cartilage can't run/jog right now.....walking is okay, but not swinging my arms to much.....goal is to get past this and get jogging again.
