Hi All. I've been starting and stopping for as long as I can rembember. I'm changing things up a bit now, and starting with small goals. This week have a seven day challenge with my Hubby. We are planning to do at least 10 minutes of fitness for 7 days. We'll likely do more, but that is the challenge for now...I can't make an excuse for not working out for 10 minutes. I've started running again, but I run and then walk. Taking the stress out of it by running until I feel like I want to walk, then walking. I'm way to judgey, and often feel like I have failed when I walk...but now, I think I'm walking when I walk...better than stopping or going home to the couch. Looking for a 5K to sign up for in my neighborhood, and looking forward to finishing it. Good luck to everyone!
