Hi friends,

I am Aparna. I have just joined your team.

I have tried many options for weight loss....but never got succeeded.

Lately i have tried with spot running, which worked out well....but i ended up hurting my, now that option is out....

Finally, i have decided to go for the best and safest option of walk. Of course by keeping in mind my knee pain and all.

Now, before keeping my step forward for the all new beginning....i want to be fully prepared....and no more injuries because of the half knowledge.

So, would like to request all you lovely people to guide me with your knowledge and experiences. Every small bit of information coming from you will be highly appreciated.
