I was here awhile ago but had left spark people. I rejoined a few months ago and am now looking for teams that can really help me keep motivated. I have 102 lbs to reach my ultimate goal of 165 lbs. I don't expect to lose it over night. I know it'll take time. It took me 8 years to put on the weight. But I'm 57 years old and would love to see myself at goal before I turn 60. Since menopause, it's extremely hard for me to stay on track. I get muddled thinking at times and due to a lot of lower back pain due to RA, exercise isn't consistant, but I do what I can as I can.
