Welcome back Shareesa! THe same thing happens to me when I backslide-- back into the bad habits! We need to take care of ourselves while we are young.. it is so much harder to lose as we age.. Looking forward to supporting you. YOU CAN DO IT! YOu are worth the effort!

I have been a SP member since Jan 2008, I started at 275, went down to about 242 in June, and now am back up to 260. Something has got to change. I did good coming here everyday, but it started getting in the way of evryday activities, so I stopped coming. But never again. If I have to never log off SP, so be it. I will drop this 120 lbs.
