When I could still be classed as "twenty something" I did various aerobics classes, jazzercise (blast from the past), yoga, and so forth. As the decades passed and life got busier, those activities fell by the wayside. Formal exercise has always been intermittent for me, but if I want to lose this butt I need to shake it. I asked for and received Zumba 2 for Wii for Easter. Started out doing individual songs at low intensity, and have worked my way up to doing the short class at low intensity. I know some of you are shaking your heads, but you have to start somewhere.

So I was wondering if those of you who have danced through all of this would consider rating the various classes. I know they are rated low, medium, high, but, for example, when I move on to medium intensity, which of them would you suggest I start with? I'm sure there are degrees even within their categories.

And failing that...which individual classes at each level are your favourites.

About me: I'm a teacher of biology, have a wonderful daughter and husband and a crazy cat, love to read, sing, paint and take pictures.

I look forward to getting to know you.
