For me the difference between the Zumba 2 calorie counter & my own HRM is pretty minimal. :D

I bought Zumba a few months ago and have been playing off and on since. Usually the off is because of sickness or being busy, but with Spark and my new schedule I have set up, I'll be Zumba-ing 6 days a week. I LOVE my Zumba. So far this is the one workout I look forward to doing. I have done many workout DVDs and while they are fun, Zumba is great.

Before this new workout week I was on Intermediate. This pass week I have been doing 1 Intermediate exercise (which I like since I know the moves :p) and 1 Expert (which is definitely harder, and not as rhythmic as Intermediate, but I'll get used to it) every day, changing the workouts each day since there are a few workouts in each level. Since this week has been odd, I'm just doing the 20 minutes. My next week is going to be a little more structured. Mon-Fri 1 20 minute Int. + 1 20 minute Exp., Sat. 1 45 minute Int.

Eventually I want to be able to do a full 45 minute Intermediate as my workout instead of taking a small break between the 2 20 minute exercises. Soon... working my way up! And I'm still on easy. I'm curious what a harder setting would be!

I'm also debating buying Zumba 2 since it has the calorie counter. Does that even work?
