Welcome, welcome #250!

I've noticed a difference in my mid section using the Zumba. As far as figuring out the calories burned I do the same as Darci.

Hi Mummy, welcome! zumba wii is fantastic. I am still in the process of losing my weight but am noticing the changes happening in my mid section front and back from using the zumba and all that wonderful twisting and turning it has us do... which I'm ecstatic about after three kids and many years under that belt to see my more youthful figure returning is awesome. as far as calories burned, I'm not exactly positive. I just plug Zumba into the fitness guide and it will pull up aerobic dance which includes zumba and a bunch of other things and then plug in my minutes and it does the calorie calculations for me. I know a 20 minute session usually burns around 200 something. Look forward to hearing how it's doing for you on this journey!

Hi,

I'm 26yrs old mum to a 2yr old...with along way to go for my ideal weight. using the zumba wii and love it!!!
only thing is i don't no what the average calories burned per 40mins on the beginners intermediate level. (just started using it)
please let me know if anyone has had amazing results using it.
