~I love the country music group Rascal Flatts! I love to go see them live!

4. Beginning Weight: My heaviest was 256 now I am 202ish I think?
5. Target Weight: 135ish or just where I am happy to stop at.
6. Marital status: Happily married
7. Children: 2 healthy boys ages 11 and 9
8. Grandchildren: not yet.
9. Pets: 1 dog Goldie, 2 cats Gobber and Snowflake, 3 fish and 1 Hampster named Gobi
10. What are your strengths: I have a flexable nature, easy going, I can change easily but at the core always remain the same.
11. What are your weaknesses: Self Esteem, I can change too much and never really stick to 1 thing (eating plans) for too long.
12. Are you currently using a weight loss program, i.e-South Beach, Weight Watcher: No just trying to do the best I can. :)
13. What do you consider your fitness level: Right now a little above beginger only because I have not worked out in a few months on a regular basis. When I am in the "zone" it would be intermediate.
14. What are your favorite active activities: Hiking, walking, riding bikes, Step areobics, lifting weights and yoga.
15. Have you set any short term goals? If so, what are they: To get back to eating healthy and regular exercise. Also to drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
16. Have you set any longer term goals? If so, what are they: To reach a fittness and health level where I am happy.
17. What motivates you and keeps you motivated: Knowing that the weight I lose will not only help my joints but it will help my overall quality of life as I get older. Then I can be a fun grandma when its time for grandchildren. :)
18. What are 3 things you want us to know about you (feel free to give more):
* I Love Fast cars and motorcycles. That is why I drive a Minivan. LOL It helps save on the speeding tickets I would get if I had one. I plan on ditching the minivan for something else soon though. I'm just waiting for the right time.
* I'm addicted to scrapbooking. I love pictures that show the character of a person.....child or adult. They are the most fun to scrap for me. It just makes me smile. Candid snapshots are the best.
* I do alot of yardwork. Mostly for other people since we have a lawn business. My yard needs the MOST work. Isn;t that the way it always goes?
*I would love to live way out in the country with alot of land, build my own house with alternative energy sources. examples: Wind, solar power. etc.
* I'm a country girl at heart BUT love rock n roll music.



I have to remember to stop and think.

* I think driving a Wrangler is the best attitude adjustment there is
