I think the most important things are to eat healthy, drink alcohol and caffeine in moderation, sleep more, and DON'T STRESS! My hubby and I are having fun TTC and we haven't even started REALLY charting or using an OPK. My friends that got pregnant and it was a surprise said that they just enjoyed life and lived normally and it happened! Everyone has their time!! :)

Hey Ladies,

Since we don't have that many forums, I thought I would put this here for now.
We could share some tips for increasing fertility.

My hubby read that it was good for men to eat 4 brazil nuts morning and night, as well as Vitamin D and fish oil. Eggs are also good for the men a few hours before TTC.

I read that eating yams helps boost estrogen and fertility in women.

Anyone else have any good tips?
