Hello all...I have recently decided to once again tackle my weight issues. I am on my second week of a 1200 Calorie diet...and overall I am doing pretty good. I have been keeping a food journal in which I include calorie counts which is really helping...Doesnt help with the want for things that are not within my range but it has definately helped me keep things in prespective. Last week I went to visit my family Dr. and she gave me a RX for Phenteramine...I haven't really notice that it is doing much for me this week...maybe it will kick in soon.
