We fell into the eating out trap, too. It's a hard habit to break because it's fun, and also, it's tough to cook a good meal when you're working full time. There's a business here called DinnerThyme Solution, and you go there once a month to make freezer meals. You portion everything out and freeze it, and just thaw it the night before you want to use it. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and there's no mess to clean up, so that's been a godsend.

We got a food scale ages ago, and now that both my husband and I are Sparking, we actually use it! It's sure nice because sometimes, a serving is one ounce, or a serving of wine is 5 ounces, so you really can't figure it out without one.

Though I have a gym membership, I've been working out on the Wii with the EA Active. It takes about 30 minutes, and I burn upward of 200 calories per workout (bonus: I can do it in my own bedroom in my underwear). I feel like if I can establish a routine of working out regularly at home, it won't be so hard to transition to the gym. Have you thought about joining the Spark 28 day challenge? That might give you the kick in the pants you need to get there and start using your membership more.

I need to work on portions along with not eating out so often. My boyfriend and I are at "that" stage in life. We both have "grown-up" jobs with regular paychecks and so it seems like we can convince ourselves that eating out is ok. Also, I need to make better use of that gym membership I've been paying for.

I've started COUNTLESS new profiles...there's just something encouraging about a completely clean slate, huh? I'm hoping this'll be my final profile, and I'll FINALLY make it through Stage 4!

So what are your goals? Obvuously, we all want to lose 25-49 pounds, but how do you plan to get there?

this is my second new profile. I had one in the early days of Sparkpeople and I wanted to start anew. Ironically my ending weight in my old profile was about what I am now.

I think this is my fourth new profile. That sounds bad but the first time I took it very seriously for half a year and got down to a good weight. Then, a year later I wanted to start over to see if I could loose another 10 pounds and just about made it before school got SUPER busy. I tried in the summer again but had an injury and so that is why I am starting again. (I think I just like the "newness" of it!)

Good luck acheiving your goals!

Just wanted to say Hi All!

I'm not really new to SP, but this is a new profile because for the New year I felt I needed a new start! So here I am starting over again, which I will do as many times as needed till I feel I've got things the way I want them to be!

Good luck with YOUR weightloss goals!
