There are tons of foods already listed on here. It's great. You don't have to figure out calories, carbs, fats. It does it for you. If there are foods you can't live without. Then dont! Just by tracking it and seeing whats in it you'll get a better understanding of how much you are or aren't eating. Good luck.

I stumbled on to this site by someones blog, while I was trying to look for ideas to get me going on my journey.
I dont think i finished her whole blog befor I activated my own account. Im pretty hyped up about the whole thing and I havent even read the book. but what I am excited about is that I can track my own things down and all the items on the site to help me out . and it may be a bit tuff in start of things remembering to log in items but I am going to try really hard and hope my goals will be meet this time. another bonus is the food menu.. now im not big on having extra money for my own grocery list and I have alot of items on it but you can bet that I will next week start and print out the items but untill then I will try my best to do the right thing. thanks all.....
