Thanks!! Yes, I started logging my food this week on SP and I always drink a lot of water. Now it's time to figure out what I should eat to keep me full for a while so I don't have the urge to snack....I LOVE to snack....chips and cheese and crackers are my downfall. so far, so good for 2 - 3 days....hey, it's a start. :) Keeping it positive.

Hi and welcome to the team! We all have issues and emotions triggers over eating sometimes. I have found ways around the problem. I try to keep track of my eating by tracking or writing down the food eaten. I also limit my eating by not eating at night. I drink 8 glasses of water a day. I try to eat food that contains fiber so I feel full longer. I will not be angry with myself if I slip up and just try to do better right away. Linda from bean town emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi Priscilla!
I think this is the team for me because I tend to eat when I'm bored....I love to snack and love all the wrong foods. The more weight I gain....the more depressed....the more I eat....seems to be a vicious cycle.

Personally, I don't think I've changed my eating habits much - snacking has always been an issue for me but have been able to maintain for the most part, and I'm actually getting back in to exercising (for the last month, at least) but have gained ~10 pounds in the last 3 months.
