Merry Meet NewGal78!

I'm really new to the massage therapy world as I've only been in my class for 3 weeks now. I'm really looking forward to gaining my certification and getting to work in this amazing field! Do you have any tips or advice for a newbie??

I too am looking to lose some of my weight to make this easier on my body when giving someone a massage. I'm not too fond of sweating so much when I'm really working on someone. It's a little embarrassing to be honest, but then again if I'm working up *that* much of a sweat I know I really am putting my all into what I'm doing.

This team has been a little quiet since I've joined but I'm hoping to help change that :-) Have a great day!!

Well, neither does bathing -
that's why it's recommended daily.

Reply name is Sherry! I've been in the Massage industry for almost 4 yrs. I have some good weeks and some not so good weeks. I'm trying to get in shape not only for my career but for my family as well. I love what I do but sometimes personal stress and my health stand in the way of things. With SP, supportive family, and the power of Prayer/Meditation.......things are getting much better.
