You did good by catching yourself before you gained all of your weight back. Come on in and join in. Its typically quiet around here, but I check in on my sparkpage quite frequently, so we can still stay connected that way.

Hi, I am Bea. I am 36 and I just joined this website tonight. I need a lot of motivation to stay on any kind of fitness plan. It seems like I am starting to loose a grip on some of my healthy habits that I lived easily only a few years ago. I know what I want but I just need help getting there again.

A few years ago I lost 85 pounds which put me at an adult all time low of 155 starting from my all time high weight of my whole life, 240(ish). Two years later and now I am hovering around 168 - 172. Most of my super cute new clothes are starting to get a bit too tight to be super cute.

I I joined a gym a few weeks ago and its going great, much easier than I thought it would be. My biggest problem with my eating is night time snacking... its the only time of day when I have no control. Its not too too bad but its enough to let me see some pounds creeping back on.

I can't wait to get to know you all. This site looks amazing and very encouraging.
