Hello,

I have been challenged by my sister. We are to run our first 5K this summer. I guess you could say I'm couch to 5K. I also love Zumba. I do the dvd at home between runs. I am not very coordinated so I'm working my way up. I do around 30-45 min cardio 7 days a week. I work 9 hours on the table in massage every other Saturday and that is enough work out that day. I log my food religiously.

This site is awesome! I am just learning things. I only joined in December and it took me 2 months to get the hang of navigation. Now I'm chatting and feeling more comfortable.

I keep exploring more each day. How are you doing?

I have been a LMT for 9 years and an RN for 15. I am working as both. I practice Ashiatsu and Muscle Release Therapy. I focus on pain management for my practice. I have a little girl who is 8. I am shedding my winter weight. I had many changes in my life....all good...but I still ate my way through the celebrations. I'm back on track and here I am. I would love to talk to other therapists.....so here I am! Katie
