Hi! I am new to trying the Mediterranean way of eating but not new to SP. I am really excited to to have a plan or a guide as to what to eat. I've been thinking I'll just wing it and eat less, exercise more,yada, yada, yada, but that has not been working. I tried the Paleo way last year and had some success but it was too restrictive for me. I basically eat the Mediterranean way, anyway, I am Italian and LOVE olive oil, cheese, olives, chick peas, seafood, ect and I don't really eat much red meat at all, so I think this is really going to work for me if I can cut back on my portion sizes and really start exercising more. I would LOVE any advice or encouragement and new friends! I am in CT. emoticon
