Hi, my name is Reina. I've been around spark for awhile and have actually GAINED up to my all time high of 224 lbs. I've made the decision that 2012 is going to be the year that I change my cards, so instead of planning to "lose weight", I'm going to add healthy habits that make weight loss more likely. January's goal is to switch to a more plant based diet, and eat 3 servings of fruit, 8 servings of veggies everyday. February is going to be cardio month. I can't wait to get to know everyone!
