Welcome. I started out with a bang, but have been stagnant for a couple of months. The biggest difference with SP is that I don't feel super discouraged, I just get up the next day and start again. Weekends are hard for me, but at least, thanks to tracking, I know why. Once you know why, you can start to do something about it.

and I'm on the some wonderful teams.. but I tend to like to check out other teams. I've been lurking on this one and figured I'd join you. My losing has sloooooooowed and really need to be with people who understand how frustrating it can be.. but at the same time .. that slow and steady wins the race.. except in dragon boat.. there, you have to paddle like heck!
