I agree with everyone else. You need to take care of yourself first. You can do like my mother did when I was growing up. You can teach your kids to eat healthy and have fun doing it.

Welcome to the team! We all know that you love your children (I know I do), but sometimes we need to put ourselves first, so that we can take care of our children better. I know that is what I have had to do. Make that time and committment to yourself, and you will see results, no matter how slow it goes! Your kids will love that you are feeling better and you will have more energy to keep up! Slow and steady wins the race! (love that saying)!!

Welcome to the team! Having teenage boys is no easy task. I have 3 of them myself. The can eat me out of house and home. Its hard for me to stay on track with my eating while feeding them the things they like, but I can't have.

Hello!

I joined the team the other day. Somehow, I haven't had the lazy summer days. I have been too busy! Finally getting a chance to introduce myself!

Recently quit my office job and focusing on my teenage boys and my quilting business. Nice timing, as the business is really taking off!

I joined SP in Feb. Promptly gained 5 pounds.... but have lost almost 10 from that point. No record setting. Not sure why I find it so hard.

With the boys home and the crazy schedules, I am finding it hard to focus on diet and exercise! A routine makes it easier for me.

Looking forward to the team, the inspiration and great friends I know I will meet!
