Thanks, Roxie - prayers for you too! I just finished week 1 and it feels great to be exercising again. It's also nice that on a super busy day. 10 minutes is enough to accomplish a goal!

Hi Sparkers!

I've done this bootcamp before and enjoyed it, so I'm back for more! I've had a rough month at work and haven't been hitting the gym or the pavement as much as I did in the summer, so I'm looking for a little structure to get me back on track. Today I did the first video and took a nice walk by the river on my lunch break.

I feel like my life in general has been in a holding pattern for the past 6 months. I've been trying to get by, to survive, and I haven't really been thinking any bigger than that. I have a big birthday coming up in a few months (40!) and I'd like to start some positive forward momentum to help me approach that birthday in a positive, energetic way.

So why I am I here? To get back on track, to exercise consistently even if it's only 10 minutes a day, to track my food, and reconnect with Spark which has always been such a positive, supportive community!
