New to the team, but not really new to SparkPeople! I live in upstate NY, right around the capital. Getting 10 minutes of exercise a day should be a snap... theoretically. I've been pretty good about creating new habits since August. But being part of a team and contributing to everyone's success would be pretty cool!

I meet with a personal trainer Mon, Wed, Friday, and try to walk at least 1.5 miles Mon-Sat. Sunday I tend to loaf around, and I need to change that!
