Hi I am sarah, 66 years old, restarted in spark and on a new fitness program as of August 2018 with 100 LB to lose. In 6 weeks have lost 10 lbs. I hope to lose 5 more by Oct 1. I really want to lose 10 LB per month, at least. I have 2 grandkids. I am retired at home, I sew, write, self publish. I find that a strictly kept daily schedule is my best fitness tool. It is difficult because am bipolar, impulsive, and get distracted easily. I have discovered Coach Nicole's 12 minute chair workout and use it a lot. I shattered my arthritic ankle on a bike 2.5 years ago and have been in the house ever since with little exercise. With the steel plate in my leg I can walk again, but I gained another 30 LB in the meantime, so I cannot walk nearly as much as I did a couple of years ago. It bothers my ankle. AS I lose weight, it will easier and easier to walk longer distances on that ankle. Right now I need to work up slowly to exercise, so this team is perfect for me and I am thrilled I found it thru another new member. thanks!
