Get your pats on the back from SP if no where else. It seems to me knowing what to do and doing it are really e different things. Everything I read points to getting a buddy to encourage you and keep you accountable. Someone to let you know it is morning and the sun is shining and it is a perfect day to invest in yourself. Don't get discouraged, just do one small thing and see how good it feels, then you may feel like doing more. Good luck, I know you can do this. Diane emoticon emoticon mm

Hello everyone,
I am new to this challenge. I saw this one and had to get doing it.
I really need this.
What got me started on this challenge is I lack motivation to keep going
with my diet and exercise. I know I need to lose the weight etc,
but when you got no support from people around you you just let it all go.
I know a lot about what to do when to do it follow this diet follow that diet. I just dont know where to start.
