Chiropractor said to sit only 20 min. at a time so i am not sitting on the sciatic nerve for long periods as it makes it worse. I set my timer for 20 min. and then get up and walk and do house things. Keeps me moving and walking more too. Felt good this morning so getting better and have started my stretches again.
7 above this morning, supposed to go up to 39. It is clear and sunny, love it even if it is cold in the morning and evening.
10 minutes is easy and even better if you split it up thru the day.

We are buried in snow, hoping to be able to walk Brandy soon. Still walk inside and sometimes on the patio waiting for Brandy. Long miserable winter!!

I will do the best that I can to get 10-minutes or more in. Today is a tough day with news that I didn't expect, but God has it and I will not hinder what He is doing.

I have had some set backs with a sore tendon, sciatica but there is always time and can do 10 minutes here and there. Weather has been terrible for walking the dog, one nice day yesterday so Brandy and I had a good walk. Of course it melted so much it is now icy again, very slippery. I won't put my cleats away yet. Have a good day emoticon
