walked 10 minutes with Brandy. Usually go 30 minutes but we left too late, was getting hot. 10 is way better than none.

Paula and Sleepwalker,

Sleepwalker the way that you described that gentleman walking is the way that I used to walk all the time, with MUSIC! Yep, there's this lady by the name of Leslie Sansone and she is literally known as the "Walking Queen." I have 25 of her DVDs and she has more out there that I will add to my collection, one day. You and Paula love to walk as I do my now my walking is done in a manual wheelchair and the two of you I am guessings have beautiful legs to carry you around. Here's a link where you can check Leslie Sansone out and see if you like her style. Now I am telling you, she will whittle the pounds off of you in no time FLAT! At least she did me before I got put in my wheelchair. Here's a link for the two of you.

Happy Walking! Now, I am not sure if she tells you this in this workout, she ALWAYS says, "If you are not able to do the steps, just keep walking and if you keep your feet with the beat of the music, you will have a GREAT workout."

I like to walk too. I live on a steep mountain road that a lot of people like to challenge themselves with.(That's great motivation for me!) Yesterday I noticed a gentle man goup, and later, down the road. I noticed him because he walked forward for awhile, then sideways, backward. He randomly alternated, sometimes even marching! I thought that's a fun way to work different muscles and make it interesting! Good luck!
