Hope everyone is doing well, I always walk Brandy every morning but once again it is cool and pouring so exercise inside is the only choice. I can hear the furnace running a little. I have put off doing some videos I saved from Sparks so looks like a good day to start one or some of them. I want to work on the upper arms/bat wings. emoticon

emoticon 10 minutes easily increases to more cause it is so easy to do.

65 years. 6'. 254.
Immediate goal is 238. Then 220.
Exercise is presently DAREBEES Age of Pandora (a role play exercise adventure).
Exercise time between 10-45 minutes at least 5/7 days.
Diet: focusing on vegetables, with little meat.

Challenge: snacking. Weight has been vascillating between 250-260 for a while.
