Hi everyone!

I've been a SparkPeople member for several years and had lost 38 pounds thanks to the tools and support here. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon and gained all but 10 pounds of it back. I am on a 10-day streak of improving my food choices, tracking what I eat, and using SparkCoach. I have even signed up for the premium membership for the premium reports. My biggest challenge, however, is getting back my motivation to work out. So, here I am, joining this SparkTeam to help motivate me to at least do 10-minute workouts each day to get me started. I plan on increasing it to 3 sessions of 10-minute workouts, then full 30-minute, and eventually 60-minute workouts. Here we go! Letís do this!
