My first goal is to exercise at least 10 minutes per day, 7 days per week, for 1 month. I'm on day2 of this streak. I have a difficult time with consistency, so I'm working on it.

emoticon My goal is to maintain weight lost and being healthy. I am making my own exercise dvds since I like to switch it up and use different themes to make it fun...doing disco moves emoticon right now

I'm very excited about getting to know my team better and starting some exercise challenges! I'd like to hear everyone's springtime goals and start a chat here so we can help encourage one another to make this the best spring we've had in years! What do you say guys! Share your goals and let's help each other get pumped up to reach them!

I'm trying to take it in small steps towards a bigger goal. So my 1st milestone goals are to get down to 165 lbs and to walk/step 4,000 a day. I'm really serious about my goals and hoping to inspire my team mates! Positivity is contagious and getting fit is our new drug!
