Welcome to the team! You are to do what you want for 10 minutes a day so that you start getting exercise in each day. You can earn a trophy if you follow each challenge for the four week time. Follow the forums for Week 1 - Week 4 and when you have completed a week indicate it in the trophy box so that you get credit for doing that week. Once you have completed all the weeks, you will receive a trophy.

Even after you receive your trophy, continue with the team and let us know how you are doing and if you need help. We are here for you to help you so that you stay on track with your exercising. We are your support system.

Good luck with your weight loss. You can do it.

You do your own thing and before you know it it will be a lot more than 10 minutes.

You do whatever you want to do-walk, run , leg lifts arm weights, etc. This way you can pick something you like. Usually as time goes on you will find yourself doing more minutes or maybe doing 10 more than once a day. Do whatever you are comfortable with. Enjoy!
I walk my chocolate lab every day. Sometimes I do a Spark video even if all I can do is 5 minutes.

Hi I'm new to this challenge and I'm not sure how it works. Will I get a daily email to tell me the challenge or do I do my own thing for 10 minutes?

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.
