Week 4 Mini-Challenge:
Almost done for the month! You all are doing such a great job") Remember the goal was to lose 5 pounds, but don't be discouraged if you are not there yet of if this month has been tough for you. The main thing is not the number on the scale, but to be healthier than the scale victories to look instead of only focusing on our weight. When we eat healthy, get active make good choices to take care of ourselves, the result will be weight loss. But we have to do those things in order to see the results. It comes from taking action and going day by day, choice by choice. Also surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to keep going and keep you motivated. Here are your goals for this week:
Group Participation Challenge:
1. Post something in the group at least once this week in addition to Friday weigh-in results. (This can be inspirational quote/pic, how your day was, your workout for the day, commenting on another teammate's post, etc.)
2. Send 2 goodies or leave 2 comments on the page of people in the group this week.
3. Share a healthy recipe with the group. One of your own or one from Spark People.
4. Sharing an inspiring or informative article with the group, either from Spark or somewhere
else.

I walked for 30 minutes with Leslie Sansone. She said it was a mile. I rented it for 99 cents a month. Next time I'll rent it for longer. They have one for $20.00 for 3 months. One for 96.00
for a year. We'll see. I hope you have a Thankful & Blessed Thursday! LYL! P.S. I'll put in week 4 mini-challenge today later!

I've been doing Coach Nicole's Core workout in a chair or you can do Leslie Sansone's Walk

I think I've lost .8 of a lb. Yeah for Linda! You all are doing great! I'll put up Week 3 Mini- Challenge:
We are half-way through the month already. Hopefully you guys are seeing some changes, if
not in your weight, then in non-scale victories of sticking to your goals the past few weeks. Tracking your food everyday, staying in your calorie range and getting some cardio activity
during the week, are all steps that lead us to weight loss. Keeping in touch with the group gives you accountability to stick with the challenge and cheering your teammates on will not only them, but let them be there for you when you need it. Always good to know we have support and others are on the same journey as well even if we all have different stories and are at different levels of weight loss. Keep up the healthy habits you formed over the past two weeks in addition to these next two. Here are your challenges for this week:
Personal Challenges:
1. Stay in your calorie ranges and track your food everyday.
2. Do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.
Replace an unhealthy food with a healthy substitute.
