There are even chair exercises on video from Spark to start out easy or even if that is the degree of exercise you need. Good Luck!

Loven is so correct in the way you should start out. When I started, I would take just one item at a time and place it in the room it was suppose to be in and then another, as well. Even doing my laundry I did that. One piece at a time in the washer and back to the hamper. You will be surprised as to how fast your 10 minutes goes.
