Welcome to the team! You start out by doing 10 minutes of any exercise you want a day. You will eventually work your way up to 30 minutes a day, then an hour.

Oh, that is so true. It does get you going and 10 minutes is a good way to start.
Take the 10 minutes and in no time it will be 15 and upwards.

Some of us have stayed for years after the four week just help out

Welcome! Just start out with any exercise and do it for at least 10 minutes a day. Before you know it you will be doing more and more every day. Post what you have done for that day. Good Luck!
