Way to go, on getting your eating under control, after your triple bypass. That's a HUGE NSV, which means Non Scale Victory and I'm so proud of you. However, I must agree with Cerebellum that you should check with your doctor before doing any exercising. See what she or he recommends for you and let that be the foundation that you build on. I don't want you to hurt yourself.

I've had a triple bypass and gained weight when I quit smoking. I've pretty much got my eating habits in a good healthy mode but I'm having a terrible time staying on track with exercise. I'm starting with the 10 min and hopefully I can get in the groove.
