Usual workout for me is 80-90 minutes of cardio and 45-60 minutes of upper or lower body strength training; alternating days for the strength training.

VMARCOTT, how is your recovery going? Haven't seen a post in a while. Are you still getting your 30 minutes of walking in every day?

Just had knee surgery and this will be my 2nd week of recovery, am doing the physical theraphy and walking at least 30 mins a day
