You have come to the right place for support. This is the friendliest team on SP.

Doing 10 minutes a day exercise is the best way to get started.

My motto is make it fun so that you will want to do it.

Take small steps at first and increase when you are ready. After 4 week you will carry on doing what YOU need to as it is habit forming.

Don't forget to ask for help when you want it.

I've been yo yo dieting for months now and I'm proud to say, I think I am FINALLY going to succeed because I'm MENTALLY ready, unlike before. I'd love some weight loss support and tips to help me along my new journey if anyone would help. Thanks in advance! Hope to hear from someone soon.
