You did start out with a very doable challenge and while you're at it, don't forget to take advantage of EVERYTHING SparkPeople Land has to off, which is a HUGE TREASURE TROVE of information and FUN! I will warn you that this site is addictive and it can be hazardous to that excess weight, because it will come off! Hello. I am just starting my weight loss journey and thought this is a realistic goal to shoot for. I hope to create a habit by doing this challenge. The habit of exercising (and losing a couple of pounds wouldn't hurt either).
