Today was walking (can't wait to get my second tracker going) for @ 30 minutes, gardening for another several minutes including some careful heavy container lifting, and of course dancing. Great day altogether.

Today was a short day--15 minutes walking and 5 minutes intentional arm/dumbbell/band work--also did some gardening but couldn't figure out how to enter it.

This website has it all; workouts, food and eating right tips, general tips, just about everything.

Got in 90 minutes of exercise today and going back to the gym tomorrow. Very grateful for that.

Thanks Dell...Wow, 2 and a half hours of walking is amazing, you should be very proud of yourself for that accomplishment.

Got in 89 minutes of workout today, so I'm good with that. Not a 100% but not all that bad either. Hoping I got just a touch and soon..."POOF BE GONE..."

Now that football season is over with I'm coming down with some bug. Did a couple of home workouts and got 47+ minutes in. Just don't want to go out and get someone else sick.

Have you used the Start page yet? I saw you've set up your Spark page which is a great step. You'll see drop down menus under the "My Trackers" bar and other drop down menus across the board.
