I just got the tracker for myself for New Years, and it has been helped me strive for more activity. I finally broke through a plateau, and I am starting to feel a bit better mood wise, too!

emoticon I live in PA. In October of 2006 I decided I had to lose weight. I've lost 75 but need to lose more. My son bought me the Spark Activity Tracker for Christmas. So far it's giving me motivation. I keep telling myself I can at least do the 10 minutes, then I always do more. I lost that 75 lbs the first 2 years & kept it off. I just need a push to get me going again!
