For me today was 45 minutes of cardio and 57 minutes of lower body work.

To MM..... and Jo, Welcome to the team. Jo as you know it's a great website. I've been on Spark for about 8 months now and find it so amazing. Just do something every day and you'll reach your goals. Work at it, since without work there's no results. Come back and post often with your workouts, what you're eating, etc. We're all here for both of you as well as ourselves.

MM.....I hope you're a Bears fan, since I'm one and living on the West Coast. Just watch out for that weather and do what you need to indoors if you can't go out.

Still haven't found my tracker, still sticking to stretches as ordered by my chiropractor.Still walking on the back patio when I take Brandy out.
3 below this morning after rain/thaw, ice in front of the garage and the back entrance, back to cleats.

HI! I am new to SparkPeople - signed up last week, but just started to log food yesterday. I just finished a 21 day junk food fast on Thursday - and to my surprise, lost barely 1 pound. I guess I did triple my banana intake - ahahah. Looking forward to the challenge- hoping to walk alot, and if the weather doesn't cooperate (Illinois) - doing alot of Just Dance with my 10 year old girl!
