Yes, I too finished week one today. I had become a real couch potato, but I am now up and running. It's amazing what one week of daily exercise can do. I planned and only taught that I could handle 10minutes but today, I have completed one hour walk around the park and am off now to the gym to do a little swimming and gym. (just 10min of each) emoticon

Yeah. I finished week one today and kept to my agreement to do at least 10 minutes each day and did many more on most days but on the day that I was more limited with time, kept to the 10 minutes. Feel like I am on a roll. Karen
