Hi there. . .I joined sparkpeople today in an effort to lose the weight I've carried for a long time. . .ever since I can remember. My boyfriend and I recently bought a treadmill and this has inspired me to exercise every day and watch the calories I take in. It's about damn time is what it boils down to. My goal is to reach 140lbs by December of this year.
