I have had a pinched nerve which caused me not to be able to use my right leg. I finally got to attend but had to learn exercises to strengthen my right leg and lower back. So, here I am to learn exercises that won't hurt me but can strengthen my lower back and right leg and also of course to lose weight. A lifetime struggle. I guess it gives me something to do lol. But seriously this has been a real struggle since May to get stronger on my right side. Not doing too bad though. Talk later enjoy your day.
