You haven't gained all the weight back, so that's good! Remember to give yourself credit for non-scale victories as well as the ones related to weight loss. Consider following the Spark Nutrition plan for you, be sure to track everything and get the daily feedback so you will know what will work LONG TERM "in real life" for you. And be sure to stay active and drink your water.

Hi I am 26 years old and I just recently lost 25 pounds on a high protein diet but as soon as I stopped I gained 10 back. I still have about 25 pounds now to loose and all I seem to do is gain. I love to eat and I need some help on what works I have tried all kinds of fads but nothing is helping. I feel that the more I try the more I gain.
