Just remember you are making a life style change and that doesn't happen over night. With your busy schedule just try adding one new thing at a time so you are not overwhelmed. Check out some of the motivational blogs too. There are a lot of people on here making some awesome changes in their lives just on step at a time. They have great suggestions on how to be successful. Good luck and check in occasionally with some updates!

hello my name is olga, i am a single mother of 2 im trying very hard to have a healthy life style and to stay motivated but its really hard most of the time im depress feeling tired of doing nothing i have hypothryoid disease and i guess its not helping me at all lose the pounds that i want, my face breaks out alot i consume lots of water but still dont see any results im on medication right now for my thyroid. another thing is i dont have any friends close by i spend most of the time with my 6 and 10 year old child that by the way there super energetic wish i felt the same way as them run around and stay thin lol. anyways i decided to join sparks because i really find it very interesting thanks for you time.
