I have a question about tracking the food I eat. I cook and bake alot from scratch. When I eat something like, say, a couple slices of my homemade meatloaf, how do I track that? It has a little of this, a little of that. I can see meatloaf in the tracker but it's always brand name stuff.
Any help you can provide would help me track closer to reality. Thanks!!
