Hi, I am new to these boards and love the Sparkpeople program so far with a few exceptions. I especially like that I can journal on it from my computer, my cell phone, as well as my iPad, and track my progress However, II was wondering if someone could help with a couple of questions.

I had huge success my first week and lost 13 lbs. However, I can't figure out why when my weight went down and I recorded it on Sunday, it didn't lower the calories burned this week on my workouts, which it should have. Is there something I have done wrong?

The other thing that is that it doesn't seem to track net carbs, only total carbs. This is important to me since I have the same issues as a type 2 diabetic and need to track my net carb intake. There are some foods, that though they are higher in total carbs, they are high in fiber, which makes the net carbs very low, which is what effects my blood sugar levels.
