Glad to be a part of this community. My goals are modest - lose 24 pounds by the time I'm 50 (over two years from now), but I also want to make exercise, mindful eating and a healthy lifestyle (it's pretty healthy, but I could get it up a notch and it's not getting any easier as I get older!) a priority.

I just started my page and posted a question about walking desks (treadmills with a desk). I'm curious if anyone has rigged up their own version and how that's working for them.
