Hi Everyone,
Just began this program yesterday. I am 49 years old, and am planning to lose 50 pounds by this time next year. I used to be in great shape but a chronic illness and stress packed the pounds on. I am feeling better and have the ok of my Doctors to start exercising---- So here goes!
